Terms and Conditions
Weather
We are a hardy bunch at MWCS and will work in light rain or showers. This weather will not affect the quality of our service in any way.
However we do not work in strong winds or storms for health and safety reasons. Your clean will then be rescheduled for our closest available date.

Rounds
We offer 4 and 8 week cleans.
Our cleans may not be exactly 4/8 weeks apart but normally fall within +/- 2 days.
MWCS work all year round, this means your windows will be cleaned all year round. If you only want a one off clean then please let us know when you request a quote, as there is a significant discount for regular customers.
We don’t provide a time of arrival, but we will send a text the night before to remind you we are coming.

Access
Please ensure any access points are left open on day of clean. we will message you the night before to remind you we are coming.
If we are able to access locked gates then we will make sure everything is secure when we leave.
If we do not have full access we will clean what we can and charge accordingly. we cannot guarantee we will be able to return to clean areas we didn’t have access to.

Payment term
Payment terms are within 7 days of invoice date.
If non payment exceeds 21 days MWCS have the right to suspend your cleaning service.
If outstanding debt exceeds 45 days we will pass your debt to a collection agency, you will then be liable for all related charges.

Cancellation
If you ever wish to cancel our services please try and give us notice of at least a week before your next clean is due. You can cancel by phone text or email.

Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your clean, please contact us within 24 hours and we can discus any issues and return free of charge to rectify it if needed.

Insurance
We have public liability insurance, proof offered on request.

Complaints
We put customer service first. Please contact us if you have any issues and we will do our best to rectify them as soon as possible.
